The Korean Business Research Institute has recently released its brand reputation rankings for the month of May in order to determine the popularity of K-pop boy group members. Data was collected from April 2 to May 2, according to sources.
The outcomes were determined by examining factors that contribute to popularity, such as consumer involvement, media attention, and the artists’ overall interaction with their fans.
The Top 10 Most Popular K-Pop Male Idols in May 2024
1. ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo
After receiving a brand reputation index of 2,884,446, Cha Eun Woo secured the No. 1 spot.
2. RIIZE Wonbin
After observing a brand reputation index of 1.953,300, Wonbin ultimately secured second place.
3. NCT Doyoung
Despite having a brand reputation index of 1,921,339, Doyoung still managed to secure the third spot.
Wanna One’s Kim Jae Hwan
Kim Jae Hwan’s fourth place ranking was solidified by his impressive brand reputation index of 1,808,989.
5. BTS Jimin
Jimin was ranked at No. 5 with a brand reputation index of 1,797,755, according to his claim.
6. Baekhyun from EXO
Baekhyun was ranked No. 6 with a brand reputation index of 1,650,002.
Wanna One Kang Daniel
Despite a brand reputation index of 1,642,032, Kang Daniel was still trailing behind.
RIIZE Sungchan
In May, Sungchan was ranked No. 8 after receiving a brand reputation index of 1,510,276.
BTS Member Jungkook
Jungkook’s brand reputation index of 1,419.194 enabled him to secure the No. 9 spot.
