Pokémon Go’s City Safari event is back for 2024, inviting players to join in on the excitement across two more vibrant cities.

Niantic hosted its first Safari Zone event in March, focusing on Tainan, Taiwan. Following that, two additional events took place in September, celebrating Jakarta, Indonesia and Incheon, South Korea.

This new iteration of the Pokémon Go City Safari will unfold in two brand-new metropolitan settings, complete with unique Pokemon spawns, Special Research Tasks, and chances to encounter elusive Pokémon.

Ticket Pricing for Pokémon Go City Safari 2024

Attending the Hong Kong event requires a one-day Live Event ticket priced at US$ 10.00 or HKD78 (inclusive of taxes and fees). For participants in São Paulo, a single-day ticket will cost R$45.

Instead of purchasing separate tickets for each day, players can opt for a general admission ticket for Saturday and add a special add-on for Sunday. The Citywide Gameplay add-on is priced at US$ 8.00 (or the equivalent amount in local currency).

Halves the Stardust cost for in-city trades.
Lure Modules, excluding Golden ones, will last for four hours.

Eevee Explorers Timed Research

As part of the Pokémon Go City Safari events, the Eevee Explorers Timed Research will offer players a thrilling journey through iconic locations, landmarks, and local favorites.

Those who complete this event-exclusive Timed Research will receive an extra encounter with Eevee wearing an explorer hat, along with a Location Card from Hong Kong or São Paulo.

Ticket holders can potentially encounter Eevee wearing the explorer hat up to eight times through the Timed Research, in addition to the one they receive for the Special Research. Players who opt for the second-day add-on could earn an additional eight encounters.
