This tournament has been a significant event for Call of Duty battle royale players since 2021. The 2023 edition was historic as it was hosted on LAN for the first time, attracting live spectators and featuring a trophy for competitors.
In 2023, the event took place in London, where the trios competition was clinched by Biffle, Sage, and Shifty, while Skullface emerged victorious in the Solo YOLO $100k tournament. We’ve witnessed top players like former OpTic Gaming CDL pro Seth ‘Scump’ Abner make their mark, famously winning the Verdansk Solo, defeating Aydan in the final one-on-one.

2024 WSOW Dates & Schedule
The Global Finals of the World Series of Warzone 2024 will take place at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas on September 14th and 15th.

Format & Map for World Series of Warzone
The World Series of Warzone features an extensive format designed to challenge competitive players.
While ranked play in Warzone has primarily involved Rebirth Island and Fortune’s Keep, the World Series of Warzone will take place on Urzikstan.
The qualification format included a period during which 40 trios earned spots in the Global Finals. Day one of the finals involves six matches, and the day one standings will grant each trio WSOW point advantages for day two.

On day two, the match point system allocates one point per elimination, with additional points assigned based on placement; for instance, a team securing first place will get 15 points, while second place will earn 10 points.
After reaching 100 points, a team must win one more match to officially claim victory. Therefore, even if multiple teams achieve the 100-point milestone, they must race to win a final game to secure their title.
WSOW 2024 Prize Pool
The total prize pool for the World Series of Warzone 2024 is set at $1 million, with all funds awarded during the LAN Global Finals rather than being divided among online qualifiers.
In addition to the $50,000 reserved for the Solo YOLO tournament, here’s how the remaining $950,000 will be distributed among the top-performing trios:

WSOW Trios Competitive Settings
The format for the World Series of Warzone’s trios will implement competitive settings that are representative of those in Ranked Resurgence. The following adjustments will be applied:
