On October 12, YG Entertainment announced exciting news for fans: 2NE1 has added two more concerts to their schedule. They will perform in Manila, Philippines on November 17 and Jakarta, Indonesia on November 22 as part of their “2024-25 2NE1 ASIA TOUR [WELCOME BACK].” Due to the quick sell-out of the initial performances, organizers decided to include an extra show in both cities.
This tour expansion allows 2NE1 to connect with their fans over 9 cities, offering a total of 17 performances. The growing scale of their tour is a testament to 2NE1’s lasting international appeal and their strong ticket sales.
Notably, the earlier concerts in Seoul sold out, even after additional performances were announced and previously restricted-view seats were made available. Similarly, the six concerts scheduled in Kobe and Tokyo during their Japan segment also experienced sold-out shows, including the newly added dates.
During their recent performances in Seoul, 2NE1 delivered powerful shows, showcasing their impressive stage presence and reinforcing their reputation as a “legendary girl group.” Their music carries significant nostalgia for many fans, and they are eager to keep enchanting audiences as their tour progresses across Asia.
The Asia tour began on a high note with successful concerts in Seoul on October 4, 5, and 6, held at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Bangi-dong. Upcoming performances will take place in Manila, Jakarta, Kobe, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, and Taipei.
