Update on MADEIN Member Gaeun’s Status

On November 10, Gaeun, a member of the rising K-pop group MADEIN, made headlines when she abruptly deleted all her Instagram posts and eliminated the mention of “MADEIN” from her biography. This move sparked a wave of speculation among her fans regarding the possible reasons behind her actions.

Additionally, Gaeun unfollowed the official Instagram account of 143 Entertainment, her agency, as well as the account of its CEO, which further fueled concerns about her connection to the group and her future within the entertainment company.

The unexpected changes in Gaeun’s social media activity led to heightened anxiety among fans, many of whom feared that she might be leaving MADEIN.

In response to the growing concern, 143 Entertainment released an official statement aimed at reassuring fans.

“Hello, this is 143 Entertainment.

We would like to provide an update regarding MADEIN member Gaeun’s activities. Recently, Gaeun visited the hospital due to health concerns, and based on the medical recommendation for sufficient rest and stability, she has decided to temporarily halt her activities to focus on her recovery.

For the time being, MADEIN will continue its activities with the six remaining members: Mashiro, Yeseo, MiU, Suhye, Serina, and Nagomi.

We apologize for causing concern with this sudden news, and we kindly ask for your warm support so that Gaeun can return to fans in good health as soon as possible.
