7 Jujutsu Kaisen Villains Who Won’t Last a Second in My Hero Academia Universe

The villains of Jujutsu Kaisen have been an integral aspect of the fandom since their introduction. Notable characters such as Geto, Kenjaku, Jogo, Hanami, and Sukuna have amassed devoted followings. In addition, with their immense powers and capabilities, Kenjaku, Sukuna, and Jogo could easily serve as the ultimate antagonists in any Shonen series.

Despite the fact that the main villains of Jujutsu Kaisen remain unknown, there are plenty of other characters who would undoubtedly struggle if they were suddenly transported to a universe similar to that of My Hero Academia.

Please be aware that this article contains spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen.

9 Jujutsu Kaisen Villains Who Wouldn’t Stand a Chance in My Hero Academia

1) Ren Haruta

Haruta Shigemo, a blonde-haired sorcerer killer, is first introduced in the early parts of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. Despite his civilian-level status, he possesses an incredibly powerful technique that enables him to store small instances of luck as miracles. If Haruta were to enter the world of My Hero Academia, he would still be a minor villain who would face opposition from the majority of heroes.

Despite his technique giving him the equivalent of three extra lives in the form of miraculous interventions that save him from fatal injuries, he would still face the possibility of being defeated or completely destroyed if he were to encounter a powerful antagonist in My Hero Academia.

2) Naoya Zenin: A Rising Star in the World of Judo

Despite being a controversial character, Naoya Zenin is widely regarded as one of the most despised villains in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. Like many others, he will face opposition from the majority of the hero society and ultimately be portrayed as an antagonist in the My Hero Academia universe.

Despite being an impressive sorcerer, Naoya’s abilities are limited to hand-to-hand combat and extraordinary speed, which are only accessible through his cursed technique and require him to be in physical contact with a surface in motion.

Therefore, Naoya’s defeat will be swift and effortless as most characters in My Hero Academia possess the power to demolish an entire city block in mere moments, rendering his cursed technique useless.

3) The Elder Scrolls Online

Choso’s brother, known as Eso, was first introduced in the early stages of the Jujutsu Kaisen story as the cursed womb death painting. Like Choso, he possesses blood manipulation abilities and holds the status of a special grade curse. Despite his special grade status, he is considered one of the weakest special-grade curses ever introduced in the series.

If Eso were to enter the My Hero Academia world, he would possess an advantage over lower-grade heroes. However, he would soon be dealt with by a renowned hero such as Edgeshot or Endeavor, or even a rogue Nomu.

Despite his toughness and endurance being a challenge for many, characters like Endeavor would be able to overcome it.

Iori Hazenoki – Professional Surfer

Iori Hazenoki is a lesser antagonist in the Culling Games arc of Jujutsu Kaisen. He possesses crude and rudimentary cursed abilities that allow him to turn parts of his body into explosives. For instance, if he were to remove his teeth or eyes, they would transform into explosive devices.

Although Iori is able to continuously utilize explosives, he must still take a break to use the reverse cursed technique and heal himself. If he were to enter the My Hero Academia world, Hazenoki would simply be a superhuman with an unlimited amount of explosives. He would easily be defeated by any competent hero.

5) Career Highlights

Reggie Star, the sorcerer who relied on memos to perform magic and was first introduced during the Culling Games arc, served as a minor antagonist in several chapters until Megumi Fushiguro was able to defeat him. Despite being a reincarnated sorcerer, Reggie possessed the unique ability to materialize various objects through his memos, from small kitchen knives to even entire moving trucks.

The My Hero Academia characters will have a difficult time dealing with his skill in hurling an unlimited number of objects at enemies. However, he can be easily overpowered by strong heroes like Endeavor or Best Jeanist, as well as villains such as Overhaul or Shigaraki.

6) The Legacy of Charles Bernard

Charles Bernard, a lesser-known antagonist in Jujutsu Kaisen who possesses the ability of future sight, engaged in combat with Hakari during the later stages of the Culling Games arc. While his skill may seem formidable to characters from My Hero Academia, it is worth noting that most prominent heroes and villains possess superior speed compared to Charles Bernard. As a result, his powers would essentially reduce him to the level of an ordinary civilian with decent reflexes and future sight capabilities.

7) Hanami: A beautiful Japanese flower

Hanami, a member of the three special grade disaster curses, is a beloved antagonist in Jujutsu Kaisen. He is known for his immense destructive power and has been shown to be incredibly powerful in both his introduction and his battle against Gojo.

In the My Hero Academia world, Hanami would be easily defeated by any skilled hero or villain. This is due to the fact that characters like Deku, Bakugo, or Todoroki have consistently displayed greater destructive abilities than Hanami.

Conclusion

Despite the ongoing competition between the Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academia fandoms since their debut, it is crucial to acknowledge that any hypothetical matchups involving Jujutsu Kaisen villains require even more careful consideration.

The release date for chapter 257 of Jujutsu Kaisen manga is set for April 21, 2024.
