90 Day Fiancé Star Liz Explains Her Decision to Stay with Big Ed After Fight

Liz Woods explained why she was still committed to being with Big Ed Brown despite their disagreement over “taco pasta”on the show 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.

After multiple on-again, off-again breakups over the course of several years, Big Ed Brown and Liz Woods officially ended their relationship on Season 8 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.

During Episode 6, Big Ed took on the task of looking after Liz’s daughter Ryleigh. He also prepared his famous taco pasta dish for dinner, but he was disappointed when she found it too spicy.

Despite having multiple arguments, the couple ultimately had an explosive fight that resulted in Big Ed calling off the wedding. Despite the end of their relationship, Liz still felt saddened by their frequent conflicts.

During an interview with ET, Liz explained her reasons for choosing to remain with Big Ed, despite their recent major argument.

“According to her, once a person becomes accustomed to a situation, it becomes difficult to leave. To ensure that she had a backup plan in case things did not work out, she continued paying rent for an apartment in the area. However, she made the decision to officially give up that apartment one month before her wedding, which was a lot to process for her.”

Despite facing criticism from 90 Day Fiancé fans, Liz struggled to move on from her relationship with Big Ed.

I remained in the relationship despite the challenges because Ed and I faced constant attacks and bullying, making it seem as though our love was not genuine. However, I was determined to defend our love and fight for him.

The 90 Day Fiancé star acknowledged that viewers had assumed she was only with Big Ed for his wealth and had labeled her as a ‘gold digger.’

Despite the allegations, she refuted them and clarified that she was the sole person who held a job throughout their three-and-a-half year relationship.

Despite feeling devastated over her breakup with Big Ed, Liz remains optimistic that she and her daughter are now happier.
