During Season 8 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Loren Brovarnik underwent elective “mommy makeover”surgery.
In the episode that aired on May 5, she informed her three children, Shai, Asher, and Ariel, that she needed to have a medical procedure done and would be away for a few days to recover.
Loren couldn’t help but feel emotional and start crying when her kids left the house with her husband Alexei Brovarnik. She didn’t want to leave her family behind.
Despite being satisfied with her choice, she experienced feelings of guilt for not being physically able to carry them once she had recovered.

Loren faced criticism from 90 Day Fiancé fans on Reddit for expressing her emotions about being separated from her children, as she had made the decision to undergo the surgery.
“The original poster stated that one should not complain or express sadness about the possibility of something happening when they are voluntarily undergoing a MOMMY MAKEOVER. It is a decision, not a necessity, and the entitled behavior and excessive self-pity of this person are absurd.”
Furthermore, another fan concurred and expressed that Loren should have postponed her surgery until her children were older as it typically takes several months to fully recover. They feel that her focus should have been on her children rather than her appearance.
A third fan expressed sympathy for Alex as he was the one responsible for taking care of their young children while Loren recovered from her surgery.
Additionally, he is responsible for assisting her with draining the pipes, as per the doctor’s recommendation, while also juggling a full-time job and household duties.
Despite Loren’s personal desire to undergo a mommy makeover, many fans believe that she is taking a significant risk by choosing to undergo elective plastic surgery.
