A Guide to Unlocking CDL Team Skins in Black Ops 6 and Warzone

The eagerly anticipated 2025 Call of Duty League (CDL) season kicked off in December 2024. Enthusiasts of the franchise can look forward to showcasing their allegiance to their favorite teams through newly released CDL operator skins in both Black Ops 6 and Warzone.

The excitement builds as the first major event of the CDL 2025 is scheduled to take place in Toronto on January 30, 2025, where the Toronto Ultra will play host. Prior to that, the Minor tournament will commence on January 10, featuring formidable teams like Atlanta Faze, OpTic Texas, and LA Thieves vying for supremacy.

While fans had the opportunity to customize their operators with the League Pack skins from Season 1 of Black Ops 6, many chose to hold off in anticipation of the official team skins announcement, as discussed on social media.

If you’re a dedicated follower of any CDL team or player and wish to express your support in-game, you can soon find the official 2025 Call of Duty League Team Skins available for purchase in the Black Ops 6 and Warzone shop. Below, we detail their launch and acquisition process.

The 2025 CDL Team Packs will be available starting January 7 and will include skins for the following teams: Atlanta Faze, Boston Breach, Carolina Royal Ravens, Cloud9 New York, LA Guerrillas M8, LA Thieves, Miami Heretics, Minnesota Rokkr, OpTic Texas, Vancouver Surge, Toronto Ultra, and Vegas Falcons.

Each team pack is set to include:

  • Male and female operator skins featuring both home and away designs
  • Team-specific graffiti camo for the AMES 85 and Jackal PDW
  • A team icon vinyl sticker
  • Team spray
  • A weapon charm

While pricing details for the CDL Team Packs have yet to be confirmed, previous offerings, such as the League Pack bundle, were priced at 2000 Call of Duty Points. Expect the upcoming Team Packs to fall within a similar price range.

Community reactions to the unveiling of the 2025 CDL team skins have been somewhat polarized, with various fans expressing that the designs of the operator skins are “underwhelming.” Notably, the design of Boston Breach’s skin has garnered significant praise due to the attention to detail applied to the facemask element.

It is also worth noting that these new CDL skins will not include special weapon blueprints as seen in previous Call of Duty iterations. However, this change may steer clear of controversies associated with certain recent bundles that were criticized as “pay to lose.”
