On Saturday, June 1, 2024, A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring officially announced on their website and X (previously known as Twitter) account that the highly anticipated anime will debut on July 8, 2024. The staff also disclosed the broadcast information for the series in this announcement.
In addition to the anime, the light novel has also served as the inspiration for a manga adaptation, featuring Tomomi Mizuna’s illustrations.
A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring – Release Date: July 8, 2024
As previously stated, the official staff for the anime A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring announced on Saturday, June 1, 2024, that the show’s premiere will be on July 8, 2024, at 1:50 AM JST (or 25:50 JST on July 7, 2024) on TV Tokyo.
In addition to TV Tokyo, the Isekai anime will be broadcasted weekly on TV Aichi at 1:30 AM JST, starting from July 12, 2024. The anime will also be televised on BS TV Tokyo and AT-X at 12:30 AM JST and 8 PM JST, respectively, from July 12, 2024.
In addition, the Japanese audience will have the opportunity to watch the anime on TV Hokkaido at 1:43 AM JST on July 13. The official website has also announced that the first two episodes of the anime will be available for streaming on July 8 on Anime Hodai and U-NEXT.
Afterwards, each subsequent episode will be available for streaming a week before its scheduled broadcast on these platforms. International viewers can rest assured as Crunchyroll has obtained the rights to stream the series. However, the platform has yet to disclose the regions where the series will be accessible.
A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring Anime Cast and Staff
The main cast and staff for A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring has been announced. Aina Suzuki will take on the lead role of Allen, with Miharu Hanai voicing Elena. Joining the voice cast is Haruka Tomatsu as Silphyleel, and Yuusuke Shirai will play the role of Takumi Kayano.
The Isekai anime at EMT Squared Studios is being directed by Atsushi Nigorikawa, known for his impactful work on renowned titles such as Beast Tamer and Love Tyrant. The scripts are being supervised by Atsushi Maekawa under his guidance.
The production cooperation for the anime is attributed to Bros. Bird Inc. Yuki Nakano has been added to the team as the character designer, and Akinari Suzuki is responsible for composing the series’ music. GENCO is recognized as the producer.
Information about the show’s opening and ending theme songs has been released as well. The opening theme, Tebasaki Sensation, was performed by Yuru Ring Travel Days, while the ending song, MAKAUKE, was sung by GOHOBI.
The anime adaptation of A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring is based on the original light novel series. It centers on Takumi Kayano, who is reincarnated into a new world after being accidentally killed by a deity.
Nevertheless, the new world is full of perilous creatures and monstrous beasts. While exploring a treacherous forest, Takumi stumbles upon two charming children, whom he affectionately names Allen and Elena.
Finally, he arrives at the town and joins the adventure’s guild in order to support himself. Takumi makes a decision to provide for the two children and embrace a relaxed lifestyle as an adventurer.
