To dismantle gear and items in Towerborne, you must first gain access to Bumble and the Forge at the Belfry, which is located adjacent to Blaise and the Job Board in the town center. This access is granted upon completing the initial Primary quest given at the start of the game, allowing you to utilize almost all resources available at the Belfry.

Once the Forge is available, interact with the anvil icon near Bumble (as illustrated above) to access the menus for Upgrading and Dismantling. Navigate to the ‘Dismantle’ tab to view all Aspects and Equipment in your inventory that can be dismantled.

Every item you dismantle will yield a specific amount of Basic Spirit Dust. This resource can be used to enhance the gear and weapons you choose to keep.

If there are Aspects you wish to dismantle, select one and use the designated button to ‘Dismantle’ it into Basic Spirit Dust (averaging 6-10). Similarly, for gear or weapons you want to remove to clear your inventory space, navigate to the ‘Equipment’ tab and follow the same steps. Lower-level items provide 6-10 Basic Spirit Dust, whereas higher-level items yield 8-12 Basic Spirit Dust each.

How to Bulk Dismantle Items

To dismantle multiple items at once, select the ‘Enter Mark Mode’ option at the bottom of the screen within the Dismantle menu. This enables you to select multiple items for dismantling by marking them and choosing ‘Mark for Dismantle’. Selected items will display a red scratch mark.

After marking all desired items, choose the ‘Exit Mark Mode’ option followed by ‘Bulk Dismantle’.
