She expressed her disappointment and offense at the treatment she received as a guest of #Belmond #SplendidoMare #Portofino, where her reserved seat at Terrazza Dior was changed without explanation or apology to a seat that was not meant for Splendido Mare guests.

After confirming my reservation and acknowledging that I was a hotel guest, they falsely claimed that my seat was fully booked. However, after filing complaints about discrimination, I was finally able to use the Dior Terrace.

Despite being on her honeymoon in Italy with her non-celebrity husband, who is 10 years younger, Han Ye-seul encountered some issues while trying to enjoy the hotel’s exclusive beach club. Initially, the hotel staff directed her to a different seat than the one she had reserved. However, after voicing her concerns, she was eventually able to secure the terrace spot that she had originally reserved.

Italian supporters who have become aware of this incident have been offering apologies on behalf of their nation, expressing remorse that Han Ye-seul had to undergo such a unpleasant ordeal during her honeymoon.
