Instead of a smooth execution designed to keep him safe, things veered off course. Scott explained, “That was 100% my fault. We had choreographed that scene meticulously, rehearsing countless times to ensure safety.”

He continued, “My responsibility was to raise one arm to shield myself, allowing for the ‘slamming’ to occur without injury. Unfortunately, my arm went behind me at the wrong moment, resulting in my head making full impact with the wall.”

When Ben Stiller verified that the shot depicted in the final cut was indeed the moment of injury, Scott humorously remarked, “Totally worth being concussed.”
