Jack Doherty, a popular streamer, has recently faced backlash after a video surfaced of him allegedly using a racial slur. In response, Doherty has provided an explanation and denied the accusations.

Ever since his explosive rise to fame, Jack Doherty, a Kick streamer, has garnered a reputation for angering significant portions of the internet. This has led to his involvement in numerous scandals, such as a lawsuit against his security guard for assault, encounters with law enforcement, and the hosting of a fight club where a woman was knocked out by a man.

Doherty caused quite a stir when a video allegedly showing him using a racial slur began to circulate on social media. The initial postings of the video sparked widespread outrage and sparked discussions about the possibility of cancelling him.

Despite being picked up by prominent outlets on content-based news platforms such as No Jumper, Doherty promptly addressed the issue. He maintained that the audio in the video was muddled and denied using any racial slurs.

(Caution: The video contains explicit language and the use of another derogatory term)

Despite initial accusations, Doherty clarified that he was using the word “hater”and not the offensive slur that many had perceived during his response. In a series of posts defending himself, Doherty provided evidence to support his claim that he had used the word “hater”all along.

A revised version of the video showing him saying hater at a slower pace appeared to disprove accusations of using a racial slur. Additionally, Doherty noted that No Jumper had removed their coverage of the controversy.

Despite using another offensive term in his initial rebuttal, Doherty’s derogatory remarks about those who accused him of using a racial slur seemed to go unnoticed by his online followers.

Despite Doherty’s attempts to clarify, a number of Twitter users remain convinced that he used the racial slur in the original videos. However, there are also some who have accepted his explanation and believe he did indeed say “hater”. Furthermore, Doherty has stated his intention to take legal action against anyone who accuses him of using the slur.
