Adin Ross Addresses Claims of Being “Banned” from LA Amidst Drake and Kendrick Feud

KICK streamer Adin Ross has addressed rumors regarding his supposed “ban”from LA, which stem from his loyalty to Drake amid an escalating feud with Kendrick Lamar, allegedly fueled by threats from an associate of Lamar.

For those who may not be aware, the ongoing rap rivalry between Kendrick Lamar and Drake has been impossible to ignore. In what is considered one of the most significant feuds in recent hip-hop history, both artists have exchanged sharp personal jabs through various tracks.

While both rappers have made impactful statements, Kendrick is perceived by many fans to have come out on top. His recent release, ‘Not Like Us,’ has garnered much attention for its pointed criticisms of Drake and his OVO collective, quickly climbing to the top of the charts and becoming a summer anthem. Kendrick is even set to headline this year’s Super Bowl.

Adin Ross, who is known to befriend Drake, has publicly stated his disapproval of ‘Not Like Us.’ He went viral for his reaction at a club, where he labelled the track as “corny” due to what he described as “false” claims within the lyrics. This critique led to backlash from Kendrick’s fans, with one alleged associate of the rapper asserting that Adin is “banned” from LA and even placed on a “no-fly” list.

In response to the allegations, Adin emphatically declared during his September 26 stream, “I’m not banned from LA. I wish somebody would. Swear to God, I’m gonna go to LA and nobody’s gonna do sh*t to me. I promise you, bro.”

He further asserted, “I don’t give a f*ck; do you think I’m scared of LA? What? I lived in LA for years. F*ck that old ass motherf**ker on that podcast. I’ll have security handle it.”

The KICK star also received support from FaZe Banks, who offered his assistance in a rather humorous fashion. “You need me to make a couple of phone calls?” Banks joked after reaching out to Adin. “Just know, you’re always good in LA. I’ll walk Melrose butt naked with an Adin Ross tattoo on my chest. That dude actually pissed me off. You should come do a 72-hour livestream in LA. You’re 100% good.”

Additionally, Adin hinted at potential legal actions against the podcaster who made the claims, stating his lawyer would handle the threats.

Whether the situation will escalate further is something to watch in the coming weeks.
