aespa’s Karina and Ningning Make Surprise Appearance at Movie Premiere
On April 13, 2024, the audience at CGV Yeondeungpo were pleasantly surprised when Ningning and Karina, members of aespa, made a special appearance at the second week of the “aespa: World Tour in Cinema”movie premiere.
During the event, Karina expressed her gratitude to the fans who had purchased tickets to watch the film. She also shared that the film showcases the group’s performances from their concert at the O2 Arena in London, along with exclusive interviews with all the members. These clips provide viewers with insight into aespa’s preparation for the concert and their emotions during that time.
During the Q&A session, Ningning expressed her satisfaction with the way each stage was captured beautifully. She also shared that she had put a lot of energy into their two opening songs, “Girls”and “aenergy,”at the time.
The fans have requested a sing-along screening of “aespa: World Tour in Cinema”on April 20. During this special session, fans are encouraged to use their lightsticks to sing and applaud while watching the movie. The event will be held at four theaters in total: CGV Yongsan I-Park, CGV Yeondeungpo, CGV Seomyeon, and CGV Gwanju Terminal.
The film is set to debut in more than 50 countries on April 24th.
