Movie-goers were terrified by an elaborate Alien: Romulus Chestburster prank, mistakenly believing that a real Xenomorph was present in the theater.
Surprisingly, a man stood up from his seat in the theater, apparently feeling unwell, much to the surprise of certain moviegoers who were prepared to watch the film on the large screen.
Initially, the man began to suffer from chest convulsions and even showed signs of vomiting due to the intense pain – similar to those who have been impregnated by the Facehugger in the Alien series.
Shortly thereafter, a Chestburster burst forth from the man, causing a chorus of screams and gasps from the stunned audience who were in disbelief.

As the man fell to his knees and the lights abruptly switched off, one person exclaimed, “Oh my God!”
The ‘Adventures With Eli’ creator, known for their expertise in capturing incredible moments, shared the viral stunt on TikTok.
Ever since it was shared, the video has received more than 3.3 million views, leaving viewers completely astonished by the outrageous nature of the prank.
One person wrote, “I’m really glad I wasn’t there to have any small, intrusive thoughts about there being an actual alien scuttling around. That would have been so cool!”

This is not the initial film-related stunt to go viral on the internet. When Dune 2, directed by Denis Villeneuve, hit theaters, a cosplayer impressed viewers by riding in on a sandworm and even maneuvering it around the concession stand.
Despite not having the same opportunity as these fans to witness the stunt, you can still obtain your own Facehugger by watching Alien: Romulus and purchasing the coveted elite popcorn bucket, which fans claim is even better than the Xenomorph option.
