All Diablo 4 Season 3 Improvements: ZQSD Controls, Extra Chest, and More

The highly anticipated season 3 of Diablo 4 arrives on January 23. Blizzard has already released patch notes accompanied by a trailer to reveal the theme of the season. Players reacted favorably to the trailer, especially because it announced some gameplay changes they were looking forward to.

D4 players haven’t been shy about sharing their expectations, and Blizzard has promised that some of these requests will be present in Season 3. Here are all the gameplay comfort changes you can expect in the new update.

All the gameplay comfort changes in Diablo 4 Season 3

Diablo 4 Season 3 arrives with a variety of changes that will improve the player experience. In particular, it was announced the improvement of movements and the update of the skill tree. Here are all the gaming comfort additions you can expect:

Permanent hellish waves

From the start of Season 3, the Infernal Waves will remain active permanently, with a short interruption of 5 minutes every hour. This change will allow you to face the armies of Hell much more often, increasing your chances of obtaining ashes and generous rewards.

Moving with the ZQSD keys

PC users can now explore Sanctuary using the ZQSD keys on their keyboard, instead of using the mouse. This is a highly anticipated feature that fans have been asking for, and many have responded positively to the addition of this change..

You can always use your mouse to click where you want to go if you prefer. However, this option will now be available for players who want to use the keys.

Additional trunk tab

Diablo 4 players have often spoken out about chest issues that hampered their gaming experience. Season 3 hopes to alleviate this with an additional storage tab for players to access. Go to the chest in any capital city to purchase an additional chest tab.

Various other gaming comfort improvements

Blizzard has promised changes to the skill tree, including reallocation of skill points. Also expect UI improvements when trading gold, increased summon item drop rates for the Beast in the Ice, and much more.
