Dynamic Storylines
Players will remember any promises you make.
The introduction of franchise mode brings along new Dynamic Storylines, which have the potential to unfold throughout a week or an entire season. These storylines may even commence during pre-season.
For example, a player may arrive at training camp in poor physical condition, and it will be your responsibility to help him improve. The game will offer various options for handling the situation, and selecting the appropriate ones will depend on the player’s individual traits. Thus, it is crucial to carefully examine their profiles.
If your management style is successful, he will be in top form at the beginning of the season. However, if you make the wrong decisions, he will struggle and be out of shape for the first few weeks.
Likewise, a substitute player may approach you in your office seeking more playing time. If you agree to their request, you must fulfill it or risk losing their trust in you.
The game will offer over 70 Dynamic Storylines, set in various locations such as the team meeting room, coach’s office, press conferences, practice sideline, and the locker room.
NFL Draft Night
The excitement and glamour of Draft Night will now be a part of Madden’s Franchise mode. Players can experience the event in its true form with a real-time Draft Board, cutscenes showcasing their picks receiving the news, and the presence of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on stage.
Upon finishing your drafts, you will be provided with a draft guide that evaluates your picks according to how well they fit into your team and their respective scouting reports.
Franchise Central
Franchise Central aims to provide more information at a glance.
From the very beginning, it will act as your central hub, providing detailed information to help you choose the right league type and roster. Additionally, the menu will constantly update you with relevant details as you progress, including top news and reactions to your Dynamic Storyline choices, league standings, and more.
This feature enables coordinators and other members of your organization to provide their input on matters such as free agent acquisitions and workout routines.
Team Builder
The release of College Football 25 brought a revamp to Team Builder, which will also be available in Madden 25. This feature allows you to build a new franchise from scratch, utilizing a range of customization options. Here is a breakdown of all the elements that can be altered:
- Create and upload your own logos
- Personalization:
- Uniforms (Home, Away, Alternate)

It is possible to add a maximum of 32 personalized teams to a Franchise save. Furthermore, you can also browse through the designs of fellow players in the Download Center.
Presentation Updates
The ultimate goal of these modifications is to enhance the game’s visual appeal. As the first step, the $250 million renovation of Gillette Stadium will be accurately represented in the game, including its impressive curved-radius video board.
The game now includes updated player and coach appearances to enhance its authenticity. There is a greater emphasis on enhancing the designs of new and up-and-coming players, ensuring they do not appear subpar during Draft Night.
Finally, there will be noticeable enhancements to the animations throughout the game, including the addition of individual animations for shoulder pads, a first for the series. Players will be able to detect subtle shaking of the pads as well as more intense vibrations.
New Commentary Teams
Two new commentary teams, Mike Tirico and Greg Olsen, as well as Kate Scott and Brock Huard, will be introduced in Madden 25. Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis will also continue to be featured in the game.
Both of the new duos have already recorded numerous voice lines in preparation for the launch, and the developers plan to include even more in the future. You can choose your preferred team by accessing the settings menu.
By taking a look at the highest-rated players in the game, you can get a headstart on your Draft strategy as well.
