FC 25 introduces additional corner kick instructions. The Target Player instruction is available for offensive players, while defensive players have the option of choosing Near Post or Back Post assignments.

- The designated player will be the main subject of the corner.
- Near Post: The designated player will take up a position either on the first post or in close proximity to it during a corner kick.
- The designated player will take up a position on or near the back post during a corner.

The Assignments menu has been renamed from Roles, and it will still allow you to assign clear instructions to players.
