All New Obstacles in Doors Floor 2 and How to Avoid Them – Roblox

Upon the launch of Floor 2, players were not only introduced to a new level known as the Mines, but were also confronted with a variety of perilous entities in the game. To steer clear of these newly added entities in Doors Floor 2, refer to the guide below.

How to avoid all entities in Doors Floor 2 – Roblox

The list of the five newly added entities to Doors Floor 2 and the most effective methods for defeating them can be found below. If you wish to familiarize yourself with all the entities currently in the game, I strongly suggest reading our Doors Walkthrough guide.

Giggle

To start the list, we introduce the Giggle entity. This monstrous creature is shaped like a star and has a salmon/grey color. It can often be found perched on the roof with a large smile on its face. In comparison to other entities, the Giggle is relatively docile and only attaches itself to the player’s face when they pass underneath, causing 40 damage before letting go. If you happen to come across a Giggle early on, you can use a Glowstick to bring it down.

Gloombats

The Gloombats are frequently encountered creatures in the mines level, just like Giggle. You can easily recognize them by their moth-like appearance and shiny yellow eyes. When it comes to their behavior, the creatures will initially attack any light sources before targeting you, causing 10 damage per attack. To avoid this, it is advised to turn off your light source and quickly move away from the area when near a Gloombat. Alternatively, using a Gloomstick or Laser Pointer will not provoke or anger the creature.

Gloombat Eggs/Moth Eggs

Indicative of its name, these eggs are actually Gloombats that have not yet hatched in the game. They can be found scattered throughout dark rooms and do not pose a threat unless disturbed. Stepping on them will cause them to hatch and attack like a fully grown Gloombat, so it is best to avoid them.

Grumble

The Giggle entity in the game has a much larger and deadlier counterpart known as Grumble. With just two to three strikes, this giant creature can easily end your life. Your first encounter with Grumble will be in Door 150 inside the nest as you try to escape. To defeat this monster, you can use Bulklight or Glowstick to distract it. Simply place or throw these items in corridors or intersections. Another strategy is to hide in narrow alleyways, as Grumble is too big to fit inside. Additionally, crucifixes can temporarily immobilize the creature, giving you time to move to a safer location.

Hide (Reworked)

In the current Mines level, the Hide mechanic has undergone some changes. If you remain hidden inside a locker for an extended period, Hide will now prompt you to play the heart mini-game. Losing this game twice will result in being forcibly removed from the locker, causing 40 damage and preventing you from re-entering for a certain amount of time.

Seek (Altered Version)

Like the first part, the Seek creature also appears as the final monster in Door 200 on the Mine level. However, this time it takes the form of a colossal, slimy, black blob-like creature with multiple eyes instead of a human shape. Despite its intimidating appearance, it isn’t very dangerous and only has two methods of attack: random hand attacks and laser-pointed hand attacks. To avoid the laser attacks, simply move away from the laser pointer, and for the random attacks, stay away from the edges of the central sewer area. By following these tactics, you can dodge its attacks while you activate all the valves (the final puzzle of the game) to drain its power and ultimately complete the game.
