The Gunslinger Vest transforms MW3 players into experts in weaponry by providing a range of enhancements specifically when utilizing a Secondary Weapon.
- Only secondary weapons are allowed.
- Restores stamina upon successfully killing an enemy with a Primary, Secondary, or Throwing Knife.
- Enhanced reloading speed.
- Continue sprinting while reloading.

- Set the deployment to include maximum ammunition for all pistols.

The Modular Assault Rig Vest Perk in MW3 functions similarly to the traditional Scavenger Perk, but it specifically applies to Lethal and Tactical equipment.
