Epic Games released Fortnite Reload on June 22, reintroducing popular loot, weapons, and map locations from previous Chapters. These elements are all incorporated into a smaller island, and players can now respawn during the initial part of the match, similar to Warzone’s Resurgence mode.

All of the weapons mentioned, ranging from Assault Rifles to the Rocket Launcher, are available in five different rarities: Common (Grey), Uncommon (Green), Rare (Blue), Epic (Purple), and Legendary (Gold). As the rarity increases, so does the damage and reload speed of the weapon.
Furthermore, the movement items, Mythics, and Heisted weapons are each restricted to a single type, eliminating any concern of obtaining a superior version. The Grappler, considered a utility item, is inherently Epic (Legendary), whereas the remaining two have their own rarity levels.
The loot pool is a compilation of Fortnite’s most iconic weapons and items, spanning from the earliest days of Chapter 1 to the most recent additions in Chapter 4.
Map and all locations
Reload’s map combines a number of iconic POIs.
- Dusty Docks
- Lazy Laps
- Lil’ Loot Lake
- Lone Lodge
- Pleasant Park
- Retails Row
- Sandy Sheets
- Snobby Shoals
- Tilted Towers
Nine POIs on the Fortnite Reload map have distinct names that are familiar to fans from various eras of the game. Locations such as Retail Row and Pleasant Park have been present since the original map in 2017, while others like Tilted Towers were introduced during Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.
Although some locations may have been modified to fit the smaller island, not all of them will be exactly as you remember. For instance, Lone Lodge and Lil’ Loot Lake have replaced Lonely Lodge and Loot Lake, and Dusty Docks is a merging of Dirty Docks and Dusty Depot.
It appears that Fortnite Reload will remain a staple in the game’s selection of modes, meaning the map and loot pool will likely undergo changes as time goes on. We will continue to update this page with any modifications as they become available.
The upcoming Chapter 5 Season 4 is expected to be another Marvel-themed season, as revealed by the leaked roadmap. This presents a perfect opportunity for the developers to introduce a new mode and make necessary improvements.
