These days, Android 14 is the buzzword in the smartphone and software communities. The future update, codenamed Upside Down Cake, will include a number of entertaining and unique improvements that will enhance the overall experience. Google, like every year, does not intend to completely redesign how people interact with their Android smartphones. Instead, the update would preserve the foundations while increasing the phones’ security and usefulness.
This technique has received mixed reviews. But, it has been welcomed by the typical user, who does not want to relearn how to operate their smartphone, which is now as crucial as breathing.
Realme, like any other smartphone manufacturer, intends to begin rolling out the upgrade to qualified smartphones this fall. This post will go over all of the phones that will be receiving Android 14.
Realme might start the Android 14 rollout process much sooner than others
Realme typically releases the most recent Android versions significantly sooner than other Android smartphone manufacturers. Naturally, the company isn’t as quick as Google. The Chinese tech giant, on the other hand, released the Android 13 update to its high-end handsets as early as September 2022. As a result, it is safe to predict that Realme will follow a same pattern this time around.
The release of Android 14 is still months away. Google will provide more details about the future edition of the famous open-source operating system at the next I/O event on May 10, 2023. But, based on Realme’s previous software support commitments, we can create a very realistic list of phones that may be upgraded.
It should be noted that Android has not confirmed the list of devices below. Readers should therefore take it with a grain of salt.
