According to social media, Susana ‘Syuz’ Valenzuela has accused Valoran pro player Roberto ‘Mazino’ Bugueño of both physical and mental abuse during their relationship.
Syuz, a professional Valorant player like myself, stated in a series of posts on X that the player in question would frequently hit walls, scream, and grip her arm so tightly that it caused bruising.
“She alleged that Mazino subjected her to psychological, physical, and verbal abuse, which was supported by a complaint and a psychologist’s evaluation as translated by a machine.”
Syuz has neither supplied the complaint nor identified the psychologist in question.
I didn’t want to leave without saying everything I’ve kept inside for a long time. Mazino abused me psychologically, physically and verbally, proven by a complaint and a psychologist. I always showed that everything was fine when inside it was just fights every day without stopping with blows in +

“She recounted on X how our days were filled with constant fighting, with blows against the walls and anything in our way. The screams seemed never-ending and you would grab onto my arms, leaving bruises just like the time you didn’t want me to see a ‘zing’ you asked another girl for.”
“You were worried that I would reveal to your mother how you abruptly left my embrace, especially since this incident took place in your own household with your entire family present.”
Mazino and his squad, Leviatán, are yet to address the accusations as they are currently focused on competing at Valorant Champions 2024. They are scheduled to play in a crucial elimination game on August 11.
Syuz is a professional player from Chile who has moved between various teams in the South American Game Changers circuit.
Syuz explained, “I believe it was important to share the suffering I went through with others. I have always kept my emotions to myself, but I don’t think anyone, especially women, should feel obligated to do so.”
Mazino, who was previously a Counter-Strike player, has been competing in Valorant since 2021. In 2022, he became a member of Leviatán and has remained with the team since then. He has participated in numerous major VCT events as a professional Valorant player, achieving his highest placement of top-four at Valorant Champions 2021.
