S+ Tier Anime Tower Defense Units

  • Ant King — Ant King boasts the highest base damage among all secret units, although his other stats are slightly lower. Nonetheless, he performs exceptionally well.
  • Red Knight — Red Knight features full AoE and very competitive stats overall. However, his range is slightly less than that of 6-Tails.
  • Shinobi (6 Tails) — When fully upgraded, 6-Tails offers complete AoE capabilities, excellent damage, range, and SPA. It’s currently one of the strongest units in ATD, alongside other secret units.
  • Quake Emperor — As one of the most formidable secret units, Quake Emperor features a hybrid nature with extremely long range and high damage. Fully upgraded, he provides full AoE, making him an essential choice for nearly any team.
  • Cursedking (Evo) — Cursedking (Evo) is the most powerful new mythic unit, offering full AoE with bleed, incredible damage, and a large range. Don’t underestimate his long SPA, as his shrine channels for most of that time.
  • Crimsonfist (Evo) — An upgrade from regular Crimsonfist, this unit features a significantly wider full AoE attack and improved damage. His attack channels for an extended duration, making his inherently long SPA less of an issue.
  • Moonslayer (Evo) — When fully upgraded, Moonslayer (Evo) delivers a line AoE attack with outstanding DPS, despite a slightly narrow attack width.
  • Berserker (Evo) — This evolved version of Berserker shares characteristics with Cursedking, featuring bleed and full AoE, yet with slightly better overall stats.
  • Forest Keeper — As the only farm unit in Anime Tower Defense, Forest Keeper is a top-tier selection for any team. While not essential for Infinite mode, where funds are abundant, she remains effective.

S Tier Anime Tower Defense Units

  • Psychowave (Evo) — Despite being the least impressive among the recent evolutions, Psychowave (Evo) possesses insane DPS and range, but suffers from a too-small AoE attack in certain scenarios.
  • Sky Flame (Evo) — Sky Flame (Evo) unleashes a massive line AoE attack when maxed out, dealing continuous damage over several seconds.
  • Cursedking — When fully upgraded, Cursedking provides complete AoE, applies bleeding, and features strong damage and range. His long SPA is balanced by his skill channeling for extended periods.
  • Moonslayer — With one of the lowest SPAs in the game, Moonslayer also benefits from competitive range and base damage. However, his line AoE becomes a drawback compared to other top-tier mythics.
  • Psychowave — Similar to Crimsonfist, Psychowave offers longer range but lower DPS, making him viable, though not among the very best mythics.
  • Shinobi (4 Tails) — The evolution of legendary Shinobi possesses a large AoE attack combined with superb range and low SPA, but can only target a limited number of enemies simultaneously.
  • Berserker — This unit is comparable to Sky Flame, but significantly weaker than its evolution. Lacking full AoE and with inferior stats, it’s still better than units like Ocean Sentinel.
  • Crimsonfist — Similar to Berserker (Evo) and Cursedking, though without bleed and just a notch below in overall stats.
  • Aqua Hollow — Aqua Hollow takes on a hybrid role with good range and solid DPS, but his line AoE attack limits his effectiveness on many maps.
  • Tidal Predator — Tidal Predator is the newest top legendary unit, sporting a substantial cone AoE attack, exceptional damage, and a low cooldown that rivals some mythics.

A Tier Anime Tower Defense Units

  • Sky Flame — The non-evolved version of Sky Flame is somewhat lackluster but remains superior to all legendaries, essential for his top-tier evolution.
  • Ocean Sentinel — Ocean Sentinel feels underwhelming for a mythic unit, with a short range, poor SPA, and small AoE, although his high base damage and hybrid target type help mitigate these flaws.
  • Stretchy (Awk) — Stretchy (Awk) showcases one of the longest ranges in ATD, though this advantage is overshadowed by a lack of damage output.
  • Shinobi — Currently among the best legendary units, Shinobi features low SPA, exceptional range, and high base damage. Unlocking his evolutions is highly recommended.
  • Tengan — Tengan stands out as one of the few hill units in ATD, requiring minimal upgrades to become effective for Story mode.
  • Battlefrenzy — A top starter, Battlefrenzy possesses full AoE at placement and remarkable stats, allowing him to carry through Story mode effectively. Nonetheless, he is less viable in Infinite mode compared to other options.
  • Tide Warrior — Tide Warrior is a hybrid unit with decently low range but larger AoE capabilities, providing slowing effects and respectable damage output, making him a superior alternative to Ice Bender.

B Tier Anime Tower Defense Units

  • Tidal Empress — As a full AoE hybrid unit, Tidal Empress offers moderate DPS when fully upgraded, compensating for her stats with a generous AoE radius.
  • Qi Master — Though solid when upgraded, Qi Master presents placement challenges due to a bug affecting his attack’s consistency. Still, he ranks A-tier for Infinite mode.
  • Stretchy (Sailor) — Stretchy (Sailor) utilizes a long line AoE when maxed out and showcases overall good stats, though he suffers from a notably high SPA.
  • Cursedface — Featuring impressive range and an attack that channels, Cursedface makes his high SPA negligible, marking him as a strong epic unit overall.
  • Serpentfang — Considered a budget version of Battlefrenzy, Serpentfang starts with full AoE and satisfactory stats, doubling as a stellar starter thanks to lower upgrade costs.
  • Ice Bender — With a slowing ability and solid DPS, Ice Bender excels as a rare unit, enabling you to inflict more damage efficiently.

C Tier Anime Tower Defense Units

  • Swordmaster — Asta features solid range, damage, and SPA, but not as competitive as other legendaries.
  • Dragon Slayer — With nine upgrades, Dragon Slayer’s extensive costs lead to a lackluster performance at the end, serving as a trap for unwary players.
  • Shadowbolt — Presenting a long-range line AoE attack with low SPA when maxed out, Shadowbolt proves useful as a starter unit.
  • Veggie — Veggie remains beneficial when fully upgraded; otherwise, he appears ineffective early on.
  • Celestial Waterbearer — With nine upgrades, she finds respectable damage and range, alongside an impressively wide line attack when maxed, but her hefty upgrade costs suit only Infinite mode.

D Tier Anime Tower Defense Units

  • Buddha — Buddha is often regarded as the weakest epic due to his good range yet glaring DPS deficiencies.
  • Stretchy — Although Stretchy suffers from low range and damage, his exceptional SPA makes him somewhat viable. Additionally, he serves as a stepping stone to obtain the Stretchy (Awk) evolution.
  • Electroslash — As one of the best early-game units, Electroslash boasts affordability and full AoE with reasonable DPS, but she falters in progressive game modes.
  • Annie — With solid DPS and AoE radius, Annie serves as a useful unit for beginners in ATD.
  • Lightning Wielder — Featuring decent DPS for a rare unit, Lightning Wielder is a fallback option when others are unavailable.

E Tier Anime Tower Defense Units

  • Yusso — Yusso exhibits mediocre stats, ranking just slightly above units like Blademaster.
  • Lightspeed — While Lightspeed is affordable to place and upgrade, his effectiveness is severely lacking.
  • Blademaster — Possibly boasting the lowest DPS across all ATD units, he should only be used as a final resort.
  • Gale — Gale provides solid DPS for a rare unit but lacks any additional unique attributes.

This concludes our tier list for Anime Tower Defense (ATD). You may also find promotional codes that will assist you in rolling for the most powerful units. Pretty handy, right?
