“Annoying” Pokemon Go Bug Causes Account Log-in Reset, Infuriating Players

A troublesome glitch in Pokemon Go is causing trainers to struggle with logging into the game and using Adventure Sync effectively.

In June 2024, it appears that Pokemon Go has been plagued by an increase in bugs and glitches. These issues are causing problems in the Go Battle League, Raids, and Poke Ball throws, making even the simplest task of catching Pokemon a challenging endeavor for players.

Several trainers are currently unable to access the game or utilize Adventure Sync to hatch Eggs and track Buddy distance. ‘Skedding123′, a user on Reddit, is one of the affected players who has been greatly impacted by this issue.

The individual in a Reddit post shared their struggles with game login and Adventure Sync resetting on its own, asking, “Does anyone else face the constant need to re-sign in?”

Upon reading the post, numerous users shared their own experiences with the recurring issue. One individual commented, “I’ve noticed this happening frequently in the past month. It seems to be a glitch in the game’s authentication system.”

Some individuals responded by expressing their frustration with the numerous bugs that have been plaguing the game, stating that it has become unbearable and the game is essentially overrun by these glitches. This problem persists for both Android and iPhone users, even as Pokemon Go approaches its 8th anniversary.

Despite some people thinking it could be caused by a weak internet connection, a trainer revealed: “I have been experiencing this multiple times a day for the past few weeks. Prior to that, it only occurred occasionally when my internet connection was poor.”

It was confirmed by another individual that the problems occur multiple times per day and are expected to persist for a while before becoming buggy again. However, the consensus among most was that these bugs have been a recurring issue since the beginning of the Shared Skies Season.

With the highly anticipated Go Fest 2024 approaching, Pokemon Go enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the resolution of these bugs, especially since the event will introduce new rare Pokemon like Jangmo-o and Necrozma.
