Despite numerous claims of scripted content in reality shows, Below Deck stands out for its incorporation of genuine yacht crew members and paying charter guests.

Given the close living and working quarters of the crew on the show, it is inevitable that there will be at least one boatmance every season on Below Deck.

While the boatmances may not always continue after the charter season ends, they are truly authentic and not fabricated for the purpose of being filmed for a reality show.

Bravo airs Below Deck on Mondays at 9:00 p.m. ET.
