The fan event featuring Jin will be held at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul, as requested by Jin, who desired to spend quality time with ARMY in person. The event will be divided into two segments: “Jin’s Greeting”and “Message From Jin: June 13, 2024.”

The initial segment will feature a session where 1000 fans can receive gentle hugs from Jin, while the latter part will showcase a variety of performances by the artist. Furthermore, those unable to attend in person can still view the second part through the Weverse live-streaming platform.

Despite the event announcement, fans immediately began voicing their complaints about the conditions for participants of the hug event.

Weverse announced on behalf of Big Hit Music that fans who have a Weverse Membership and have purchased BTS albums, including solo albums, released after the June 2022 release of “Proof”, are eligible to apply for the event from June 2nd to June 6th.

Fans expressed their dissatisfaction with the current conditions, stating concerns such as, “The application is automatically applied to all the albums I ordered,””Does this mean I have to buy the albums again?””It seems like they are only doing this to increase album sales,”and “Shouldn’t this only apply to Jin’s album?”
