Asmongold has urged Twitch to implement changes following the infiltration of Kick streamers at TwitchCon 2024, where they harassed some of the platform’s most prominent personalities.
TwitchCon San Diego has concluded, but numerous incidents from the annual event continue to generate viral discussions across social media platforms.
OTK member nmplol reported an alleged sexual assault by Kick streamer DBR666, who approached the Twitch star with unwanted behavior, including licking and kissing. Additionally, internet celebrity xQc was compelled to escape from a “weirdo”who persistently followed him throughout the event, calling for “real repercussions”for the offending streamers.
Asmongold expressed his desire for similar accountability, urging the Amazon-owned platform to “trespass”these streamers from any future events. He stated, “They went to TwitchCon to cause trouble. They were annoying people, touching individuals without consent… just generally being, I don’t know… Kick streamers. I think it’s a significant issue. Twitch needs to issue them a notice of trespass. If this occurs again, we will press charges.”
He added, “I’m telling you, people will be discouraged from attending events, particularly content creators, if they fear sexual assault.”

The group discussed nmplol’s experience and mentioned that Twitch had not reached out to him after the alleged sexual assault incident involving a Kick streamer. He remarked, “If something like this occurs, Twitch looks terrible if they allow it to happen. It’s super, super, super bad. Women in particular, if this happens… no one would want to attend [the event].”
However, not all incidents at TwitchCon San Diego were instigated by Kick streamers. Twitch streamer Zenith expressed her disgust after allegedly being sexually assaulted by another creator.
She shared her experience on X, which quickly gained traction on the platform.
