On August 17, it was disclosed that Attack on Titan: The Last Attack will have a runtime of 145 minutes and will encapsulate director Yuichiro Hayashi’s original vision. This meticulously crafted version, directed by Hayashi, is set to be a cinematic marvel.

“I’m thrilled to finally make this announcement,” he stated. “Please don’t assume that you can just watch the final episode anytime on streaming platforms… [lol] I initially designed the storyboard with the concept that it would be enjoyed as a single film, and having everyone experience it in the finest way possible – in a theater – is a dream realized for me.
