Avatar 3 ‘Fire and Ash’ title is a big tease for 4 and 5

In Avatar: The Way of Water, Jake Sully, Neytiri, and their companions journeyed to the uncharted seas of Pandora in search of a safe haven with an underwater tribe. This was after Quaritch’s return and renewed attack on the Na’vi people.

In 2022, leaked documents purportedly disclosed the names of the three upcoming films that will follow the sequel: The Seed Bearer, The Tulkun Rider, and The Quest for Eywa.

Initially, The Seed Bearer had been repeatedly disproved prior to Cameron’s announcement of Avatar 3 as Fire and Ash at D23.

Additionally, it has not been officially confirmed or denied that The Tulkun Rider and The Quest for Eywa are the titles for Avatar 4 and 5.

It has been noted by fans that Jake’s son Lo’ak may become the narrator in the third film. This suggests that the original title of the third installment may have been The Tulkun Rider, as Lo’ak shares a strong connection with Payakan in The Way of Water.

Despite this, it can be inferred from the title of “Fire and Ash”that the names of Avatar 4 and 5 will center around the elements. Based on Jon Landau’s previous statement about the fifth film involving Neytiri’s journey to Earth, it is possible that Avatar 4 will focus on air or wind.

“It is highly likely that this will be the case, as Cameron and Landau have confirmed that Neytiri will visit Earth in Avatar 5. Therefore, it can be assumed that Avatar 4 will also incorporate elements of air or sky in its title, according to one fan who made a prediction.”

“Predictions are already rolling in: Avatar 4 will revolve around air or some other wind-related theme,”another person shared on Twitter. “Imagine if each Avatar film highlights a different element? Avatar 2: water, Avatar 3: fire, Avatar 4: air, Avatar 5: Earth,”a third user suggested.

When asked about the third title, Cameron explained to Rotten Tomatoes that fire symbolizes negative emotions such as hatred, violence, and trauma, as well as the potential for abuse of power. Ash, on the other hand, represents the aftermath of these intense energies, which manifests as grief and the burden of living with one’s actions.

The new movie contains unexpected elements, but it fulfills your desires. It showcases new cultures, settings, creatures, and biomes, giving viewers a deeper look into the planet of Pandora than ever before, according to the speaker.
