In a recent statement during Disney’s APAC Content Showcase in Singapore, Feige shared details about the upcoming Fantastic Four film, which is set to wrap production next week, with a release slated for summer 2025. He expressed enthusiasm about integrating Marvel’s First Family into the broader MCU landscape, stating, “All those characters go right into the next Avengers movies.”
A Clash with Doctor Doom
The next adventure involves the Avengers: Doomsday, where the heroes will face the formidable Doctor Doom, intriguingly portrayed by former Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr.

Feige hinted at exciting team-ups in future films, pointing out that fans can expect recognizable X-Men characters to appear soon. He reiterated that the narrative arc culminating in Secret Wars is designed to transition us into this exciting “new age”for mutants and the X-Men, stating, “We finally have the X-Men back.”

Fantastic Four: First Steps is set to premiere on July 25, 2025, followed closely by Avengers: Secret Wars on May 7, 2027. Following these releases, a standalone X-Men film is anticipated, adding to the excitement surrounding the franchise.
