Recently, the official website for the production of the Bad Girls anime aired and unveiled the first visual for the adaptation, which confirmed its place in the series. This visual also showcased the main cast.

As of this writing, there is limited information available about the project and no rumored release date. Some key details include Bridge as the studio in charge, Takeshi Furuta as the director, Yūki Morimoto as the character designer, and Arisa Okehazama as the music composer.

The Premise of the Series

The Bad Girls anime will be based on the manga, which features a unique storytelling format of four-panel series per page. Despite this unusual approach, the series primarily revolves around four female characters and their comedic adventures in high school.

Despite having a reputation and track record of being a well-behaved girl, Yu Yutani, the protagonist, enters high school with a new goal in mind. She becomes fascinated with Atori Mizutori, the chairman of the disciplinary committee, and decides to act like a “bad girl”in order to catch his attention. This decision sets off a chain of comical events.

Based on the manga’s structure, it is uncertain how many episodes will be included in the first season of the Bad Girls anime.
