Baldur’s Gate 3 Player Discovers the Most Evil Choice is Not a Dark Urge Option

A player of Baldur’s Gate 3 has uncovered that the most “evil”option is not limited to those aligned with the Dark Urge. It appears that any Tav has the ability to combine actions that are believed by the community to be shocking to Bhaal.

The Dark Urge feature in Baldur’s Gate 3 allows players to delve into violent impulses, such as committing heinous acts like killing a specific bard in the middle of the night. However, it is not necessary to select a character with a Dark Urge in order to make morally questionable decisions.

In a Reddit thread about Baldur’s Gate 3, a player posed a question to the community: what are some of the most wicked choices that do not involve Dark Urges? The top voted answer surprised everyone.

The community of Baldur’s Gate 3 was in turmoil, as reactions flooded in with rapid speed.

As one player shouted, “Stay calm, Satan!”the rest of the playerbase was filled with shock and horror. Another chimed in, “Oh my goodness, that player’s answer really shook our typically dark community.”

After considering how the gods would respond to this act of torture, players came to a consensus that even Bhaal, the Lord of Murder, would not condone such an action.

Despite its obscurity, Larian had actually prepared dialogue for this scenario. One of the players admitted, “I came up with it during our camp trip.”In the dialogue, the character would scream about how they had just saved their parents, only for the player to kill them, leading to an attack.

The community of Baldur’s Gate 3 is not afraid to delve into dark situations. Recently, a player of Baldur’s Gate 3 found out that it is possible to engage in a game of fetch with the severed head of a particular companion.

One individual made the choice to climb Astarion, but soon regretted it and ended up killing him. This came after sacrificing 7007 souls in the ritual.

With the upcoming release of Patch 7, Baldur’s Gate 3 shows no signs of slowing down its exploration of dark outcomes. In a recent sneak peek, Larian disclosed that the enhanced evil endings will offer even more ominous conclusions for those indulging in their most wicked playthroughs.
