Baldur’s Gate 3 Players Think This Companion Is The Strongest

The Baldur’s Gate 3 community has discussed the various exploits of a certain companion and even voted him the strongest character in the game.

There has already been a lot of debate surrounding Baldur’s Gate 3, including the best moments and best members of the group. Players even found a new enemy type after hundreds of hours of gameplay.

But the most common topic of conversation is who is the best member of the group. One fan claimed that she’s a surprising character, as many may not have used her to her full potential.

Baldur’s Gate 3 players claim Lae’zel is the strongest member of the group

A Reddit post from user u/Searchlights praised Lae’zel, calling her the strongest member of the group.

The post is a meme of Atlas holding the world. Atlas is captioned “Lae’zel”, while the world is captioned “My first full playthrough”.

Other players quickly took to the comments to share their opinions. Many have sung the praises of Lae’zel and her various feats of strength.

“In my first game, it was Lae’zel who defeated the Brain. Doctors might call what she did a body callosotomy,” one user said.

“Lae’zel, the best and strongest, she’s absolutely amazing,” another player added. “Plus, she’s the only companion besides Minthara who can naturally use heavy armor, which is awesome.”

Lae’zel, with her base stats, starts Baldur’s Gate 3 with 17 strength, putting her tied with Karlach for the greatest strength in the game. However, Lae’zel’s Warrior class and unique abilities of her Githyanki race means she is climbing the ranks quickly, as some fans have pointed out.

“Between Laezel and Karlach, I prefer Laezel,” said one fan. “Even without the Silver Sword of the Astral Plane, the blue version of it deals massive psychic damage.”

Beyond the force, of course, there were those who were just fans of Lae’zel in general. She does indeed play an important role in the story of Baldur’s Gate 3 and receives perhaps the most unique characterization of any member of the group.

“It’s the love of my life. The Taste on my tongue. The Source of my bruises. My one and only. “, a Baldur’s Gate 3 player said affectionately in reference to his romantic storyline.

“It’s his story,” another concluded. “You’re just a companion.”
