Bang Si-hyuk, CEO of Big Hit Entertainment, purchased a luxury mansion in Los Angeles through his personal real estate corporation for 36.5 billion won.

On July 29th, the Financial Supervisory Service’s Data Analysis, Retrieval, and Transfer System reported that Chairman Bang disclosed his ownership of a company named “Bel Air Stradella, LLC”through HYBE’s large-scale enterprise group status disclosure.

Bel Air Stradella is a United States-based company that operates in the real estate industry. Its Chairman, Bang, holds a 100% ownership stake in the company.

In April of last year, Dirt, an American real estate media outlet, reported that Chairman Bang had acquired a lavish mansion on Stradella Road in the wealthy Bel Air area of Los Angeles for a total of $26.4 million (equivalent to approximately 36.5 billion won).

HYBE clarified that Chairman Bang had purchased the mansion through his personal real estate corporation with the intention of using it for music production and to further broaden his local connections.

The impressive three-story mansion offers an expansive living space of 1,020 square meters (309 pyeong) with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Additionally, it includes luxurious features like a sauna, massage room, lounge, and a separate wine room.
