FaZe Banks announced that their content house has been vacated by Clan members due to their landlord’s eviction notice, which was issued after only three months despite several prior warnings.
In May 2024, FaZe Clan CEO Ricky “Banks” Bengston revealed a self-titled “reboot” of the organization, resulting in the departure of nearly all existing members and leaving only 14 creators remaining.
Not long after, a new FaZe house was set up, which has been home to Lacy, Ronaldo, Jason, and PlaqueBoyMax as they continue to create content to this day.
Despite several posts made to his Twitter/X account on August 27, Banks has revealed that he and his roommates have been evicted from the content house by their landlord.
“Initially, FaZe’s CEO announced the loss of the FaZe house, but then went into further detail about the situation through a lengthy audio clip.”

“Banks began his statement by announcing that they had officially been evicted from their residence, adding that he had previously warned the others about the situation.”
He expressed, “I am fatigued and exhausted. We are attempting to make this work without any budget or assistance. We are fortunate to have the support of many kind individuals, but at times it can feel overwhelming. I care deeply for these children, but sometimes it’s just too much, Max.”
He expressed frustration as he mentioned, “I warned these darn kids, we’re down to our final chance with this house.”He then disclosed that they had scheduled to begin creating custom “build-outs and working all week to prepare for the September Subathon.”

The CEO of FaZe announced that the team must depart by September 1 and all of their upcoming plans have been cancelled as a consequence.
“Banks ended by expressing frustration over the broken year-long lease that was paid for in advance, wondering what went wrong and lamenting the loss of a couple hundred dollars.”
Despite Banks not providing an official reason for the eviction, it coincided with a house-wide prank war involving FaZe members living in the house the day before.
Despite being the only FaZe house that has faced problems, another content house was established in May. It served as the residence for Kaysan, Silky, Max, and YourRage, until YourRage departed due to what he described as the “clip farm disease”plaguing the house.
