A recently revealed Batman popcorn bucket is gaining popularity online. This Bat-Signal tin features a built-in light function and is quickly going viral.
Following the online viral sensation of the controversial Dune 2 Sandworm “fleshlight” popcorn bucket, other businesses have taken advantage of the trend by releasing their own limited edition tins in order to capitalize on the frenzy.
Recently, both Deadpool & Wolverine and Alien: Romulus released special popcorn buckets to coincide with their theatrical debuts. These buckets have received immense praise from fans for their one-of-a-kind designs, particularly the humorous one featured in Deadpool & Wolverine.
AMC has recently announced their involvement in the excitement by releasing a limited edition Batman 85th Anniversary tin. Fans have already expressed their admiration for this new and “lit”collectible.

The popcorn bucket in question is designed to resemble the Bat-Signal, a symbol used to summon Batman when he is needed in Gotham City or when the LAPD requires his assistance alongside Jim Gordon. It shines from high up in the sky, signaling the Dark Knight’s presence on the streets.
Additionally, the popcorn tin, priced at $34.99 USD, illuminates and displays the iconic Batman yellow and black emblem on various surfaces such as roofs and walls, depending on the angle at which it is positioned.
Fans of Batman have been commending the design and intricate details of this recently released popcorn bucket on various social media platforms.
A user on X, in response to the custom buckets, stated, “These are really nice.”Another user chimed in on X, mentioning that the Batman tin is “highly collectible.”
Another person also confessed, “This is the only bucket I would be willing to spend money on.”
Despite this, some users pointed out the potential issues that a popcorn bucket with a giant Bat-Signal light function could create in movie theatres. In fact, one X user stated, “I have a feeling this is going to cause major problems.”
To coincide with the re-release of The Batman, the highly anticipated Batman 85th anniversary popcorn bucket will be available in all AMC theatres starting on August 28, 2024 for those eager to get their hands on it.
