The latest roster of charter guests on Below Deck Season 11 was fixated on capturing the perfect social media posts to document their unique yachting experience.
The St. David’s crew is beginning anew with a new set of charter guests following the dismissal of Chef Anthony Ircane during Below Deck Season 11.
During their time on board, Chef Nick Tatlock is fulfilling the guests’ request for “Instagrammable”dishes, as stated on their preference sheet.
Despite being on a luxury yacht, primary charter guest Alex Taylor and his social media influencer friends seemed more interested in their screens than in enjoying their time away from home, as shown in a preview for the upcoming episode of Below Deck airing on May 6.
As soon as the breakfast prepared by stew Xandi Oliver was served, they wasted no time in pulling out their phones and snapping photos of the delicious food.
Xandi joked in her confessional, saying, “I love Instagram, but I wouldn’t say I’m an influencer to that extent. I guess that’s why I’m currently working on a boat. I really need to remember my TikTok password. What even is TikTok?”
Chief Stew Fraser Olender informed Chef Nick that the guests, who were constantly on their phones, were enthusiastically sharing photos of the food on social media due to their admiration of its appearance.
As the main dishes were placed on the table, the guests eagerly snapped Instagram-worthy photos of iconic breakfast foods like Eggs Benedict.
While eating at the table, Alex and his friends conversed excitedly about the possibility of receiving replies from potential dates on Snapchat. They also swapped relatable stories about using dating apps.
Despite being engrossed in their phones, the guests appeared to be having a good time on the St. David while being featured on Below Deck.
Bravo airs Below Deck on Mondays at 9:00 p.m. ET.
