During his time on Below Deck, Captain Lee Rosbach had to terminate the employment of numerous individuals, but there was one in particular that was particularly difficult for him.
Despite not being invited back to continue his position on Below Deck, Captain Lee remains determined to continue discussing the show.
Despite the fact that he may reveal the exact amount of tips received by crew members per charter and gain a following from it, this individual always keeps things exciting.
Despite a lengthy track record of on-screen firings, Lee has recently disclosed whether any of them were challenging to perform now that he is no longer on the show.
During an appearance on the Amy and T.J. podcast on April 25, the ex-reality TV personality was a special guest and talked about past terminations and which one was the most challenging for the host.
Andrew Sturby, one of the Deckhands in Season 2 of Below Deck, was the one who ended up being let go by Lee after just four episodes.
During the interview, he acknowledged that Andrew did have a good heart. However, he expressed his reluctance to continue working with Andrew due to the high level of risk involved and his lack of time to properly train him. In essence, he meant that even with unlimited time, Andrew would never be able to grasp the task at hand.
Despite his former boss’ comments, Andrew has not publicly responded. However, it is worth noting that he has not been active on Twitter since 2015, so it is possible that he may never respond.
