Best XDefiant Season 2 Meta Loadouts
Unlike Call of Duty, where certain meta guns are crucial for gaining a competitive advantage, XDefiant maintains a balanced approach with weapon stats. You’ll enjoy using any weapon, although Shotguns may underperform. With that in mind, here are my favorite gun picks for Season 2, along with their recommended loadout builds.
1. AK-47 Loadout

The AK-47 assault rifle is a staple in XDefiant, favored by many players, including myself. Its optimal time-to-kill (TTK), solid mobility, excellent accuracy, and clear iron sights make it a reliable choice. This build focuses on enhancing the weapon’s mobility and handling stats, particularly the aim down sights (ADS) speed.

The listed attachments enhance movement speed, ADS, and strafing, making it extremely flexible. I prefer the Fast Mag for its reload speed boost over Quick Mag, despite the minor ADS speed penalty.

You can’t go wrong with the beloved burst-fire M16A4 assault rifle in XDefiant. It is recognized for its superior accuracy and control, delivering concentrated burst shots with minimal horizontal deviation. The Tactical Grip and Quick Draw rear grip enhance its performance further, making the Rapid Fire barrel an essential component for improving fire rate.
