- Black Swan’s skill, Decadence and False Twilight, inflicts Wind damage equal to 45% of her ATK on a single enemy and adjacent targets. There is a 100% base chance for the attacked enemies to receive 1 stack of Arcana and a 100% base chance for their DEF to decrease by 14.8% for 3 turns.
- The Ultimate ability, Bliss of Otherworld’s Embrace, inflicts Wind damage equal to 72% of Black Swan’s ATK on all enemies and applies the Epiphany effect for 2 turns. This causes enemies to take 15% more damage on their turn and their Arcana effect to be considered as Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, and Shock effects.
