Below are the precise locations for every Weapon Case in Fortnite during Chapter 5 Season 3, allowing you to easily locate them on the Battle Royale island map.

The long-awaited Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration has been launched by Fortnite, featuring the Cursed Sails event. In order to obtain exclusive rewards with a pirate theme, players must complete a variety of quests, one of which involves “stealing weapons from weapon cases.”

To successfully finish the Pirate Code Five quest, which was launched on July 27, you will be required to acquire 10 weapons from these cases. Therefore, here is a guide on how to obtain them.

Weapon Cases in Fortnite: Explained

A Gun Container is also known as a Weapon Case, and it was introduced to Fortnite when Chapter 5 began. These cases hold unique guns that are equipped with attachments, and the selection of weapons varies in each match.

Knowing the location of every Weapon Case in Fortnite can be highly beneficial in securing high-tier loot right from the start.

Tips for Finding Weapon Cases in Fortnite

To locate Weapon Cases in Fortnite, you must travel to one of the 13 locations scattered throughout the Battle Royale island.

Each Weapon Case depicted above will consistently appear in the same location every match. However, there are two types of locations where Weapon Cases can be found: inside secret rooms at various POI locations or landmarks, and within locked Weapon Bunkers.

The map of the island above displays all of its various locations, utilizing Weapon Bunker icons and red markers to differentiate between each type.

There are four locations on the map that each have a secret room with three Weapon Cases. These rooms can be accessed immediately and during your Battle Royale match, unlike Weapon Bunkers.

To gain access to them, all you need to do is locate the door or use your pickaxe to break down the surrounding wall.

Destroy surrounding walls or wooden crates that block entrances to secret Weapon Case rooms.

There are four secret rooms that contain Weapon Cases at these locations:

• The Sandy Steppes building’s basement is situated on the easternmost side.
• The Reclaimed Villa landmark is located northwest of Sandy Steppes.
• The first floor of Rebel’s Roost contained a room.
• Located east of Classy Courts, across the water, is the Slumberyard.

Weapon Bunkers provides players with a total of five Weapon Cases, divided into two sets. These cases will remain locked until the third storm circle appears, which typically occurs 10 minutes into the match. This means that even though there are more cases available, players will only be able to access them after a certain amount of time has passed.

There are nine Weapon Bunkers across the map that all have Weapon Cases inside.

There are nine Weapon Case locations located inside the Weapon Bunkers.

• The Wreckmill landmark is located south of the Nitrodrome arena.
• Located just south of Pleasant Piazza, nestled between two trees.
• West of Mount Olympus, in close proximity to the Pantheon Path.
• The Dumpenhausen landmark is situated between Reckless Railways and Mount Olympus.
• On the opposite side of the bridge, north of Pleasant Piazza.
• Southwest of The Underworld POI, near the edge of the map.
• Just north of Piney Pumps lies Lavish Lair, to the west.
• On the opposite side of the water from Lavish Lair lies the East.
• Reckless Railways is located northeast.

Searching for a Weapon Case in Fortnite

To find a Weapon Case in Fortnite, simply approach it and either press and hold your interact button or use your Pickaxe to break the gun cases. This will enable you to collect the valuable weapons inside.

Once you have acquired 10 weapons from 10 separate Weapon Cases, you will have successfully fulfilled the objective of the “Pilfer weapons from Weapon Cases”quest.

By successfully completing the Pirates of the Caribbean Pirate Code Five challenge, you will receive 5,000 XP and advance in your overall quest progress, assisting you in completing the Cursed Sails event pass.

During the Cursed Sails event, completing four Quests from each Pirate Code questline will grant you the Jack Sparrow’s Ship Glider for free.
