Robin’s turn will cause the duration of the 25% increase in damage dealt by all allies to decrease by one turn, lasting for a total of three turns.

Ultimate – Vox Harmonique, Opus Cosmique

Upon entering Concerto state, Robin prompts all other allies to take immediate action and grants them a 15.2% increase in attack based on her own attack plus 50. Additionally, after each ally’s attack, Robin inflicts additional Physical damage equal to 72% of her attack. This damage has a set Crit Rate of 100% and Crit Damage of 150%.

While in the Concerto state, Robin is impervious to Crowd Control debuffs and is unable to take any turns or actions until the state ends. A Concerto countdown will be displayed on the Action Order bar to keep track of this. Once the countdown reaches its turn, Robin will exit the Concerto state and immediately take action. The countdown operates with a fixed Speed of 90.

Should you pull for Robin in Honkai Star Rail?

Considering her ATK and CRIT DMG buffs, we strongly suggest pulling for Robin. Additionally, her Ultimate has the ability to grant Immediate Action to all allies, making her a valuable asset in game modes like Pure Fiction where turns are restricted.

If you currently have Bronya or Sparkle on your team, you may not want to add Robin to your lineup as they possess comparable abilities in initiating actions. However, if you do not have either character, it would be beneficial to summon Robin as she is a strong Harmony unit to have on your team.
