Bet you didn’t know about this secret area! Explore Bishui Cave in Black Myth: Wukong

In Black Myth: Wukong, there are multiple hidden locations that can be found throughout the game. These areas typically require completing a side quest in order to access them. One example of a secret area is the Bishui Cave, which can be found in Chapter 5. However, players should not expect to stumble upon this location by chance. Unlocking this area is no easy feat, but that is to be expected in a game like Black Myth: Wukong.

How to unlock Bishui Cave in Chapter 5?

Once you reach Chapter 5, you will encounter a situation where you must avoid a massive spiked metal ball by remaining on either side of the road. When you reach the end of the road, a cutscene will activate, showcasing Zhu Bajie and Pingpong. After this, your next task is to defeat Rusty-Gold Cart. Once you accomplish this, you will gain access to the Bishui Cave area.

At the start of Chapter 5, you will come across Pale-Axe Stalwart. However, upon defeating him, you will engage in a conversation. During this exchange, Pale-Axe will reveal his goal of annihilating all five elements, leading to a new quest for you.

The main storyline of the Pale-Axe quest includes a trio of carts – the Brown-Iron Cart, Gray-Bronze Cart, and Crimson-Silver Cart. These bosses will appear at various points throughout the story. After the cutscene concludes, you will immediately come across the Brown-Iron Cart in close proximity.

After emerging victorious against the three cart bosses, teleport to the Woods of Ember’s Ashen Pass I Keeper’s Shrine.

Engage in a conversation with him before returning to the Keeper’s Shrine. From there, choose the ‘Rest’ option to teleport Pale-Axe to the next destination.

Pale-Axe will be waiting at the same arena where you battled Crimson-Silver Cart. Therefore, teleport to the Emerald Hall Keeper’s Shrine and continue along the road that leads up the hill.

To reach the last destination, simply engage with Pale-Axe Stalwart.

To reach the Fallen Furnace Crater Keeper’s Shrine in Field of Fire, you must teleport there first. Upon arrival, continue downhill until you reach a left turn.

Upon continuing on, you will come across Flint Vanguard. Overcome him and locate the Shrine of the Cooling Slope Keeper.

Position yourself close to the shrine and search for a frozen door that is located far away in the distance.

As you approach the door, a cutscene will start, depicting a fierce battle between Rusty-Gold Cart and Pale-Axe Stalwart.

Once the cutscene comes to an end, your battle against Rusty-Gold Cart will commence.
