BIBI’s Profanity at University Festival Sparks Controversy, Singer Issues Apology Saying She Will Be More Mindful in the Future

Last April, BIBI took the stage at Namseoul University’s festival and wowed the audience with her popular tracks such as “BIBI Vengeance”and “Bam Yang Gang”. As she entertained the crowd, she asked, “Are you all enjoying your time at school? Who here dislikes school? And who thinks school is X?”She then encouraged the audience to join in by saying, “If I act like a mischievous X, you can shout out ‘crazy X’!”

Following the release of a video capturing her performance, online users engaged in a heated discussion over her choice of profanity to depict school. While some condemned her comments as being offensive and inappropriate, others stood by her, arguing that she was exercising her right to freedom of speech and that it was in line with the overall theme of the song.
