We would like to inform you about the legal measures taken to safeguard the rights of BTS members.

We would like to make it clear that the recent accusations of sajaegi marketing (chart manipulation), concept plagiarism, and any affiliation with Dahnworld or any other religion are unfounded.

The company is concerned about the increasing spread of false rumors and misinformation about artists. In response, they have taken action by hiring a law firm to handle these matters promptly and effectively.

As a result, they have located and gathered multiple posts spreading false information with the intention of damaging the reputation of artists. They have submitted the initial criminal report to the authorities on May 2nd. This roster consists of systematically published articles that were later removed, as well as posts from users who have since deleted their accounts. We will persist in our legal measures by consistently monitoring and collecting evidence.

We will enforce a strict policy of zero tolerance towards civil and criminal complaints filed against individuals who intentionally spread false information to damage the reputation of our artists. No leniency or reconciliation will be granted, and all offenders will be punished accordingly without exemption.

We want to express our sincerest apologies to the loyal fans of BTS for any hardships you may have faced in the past few weeks. It is our utmost priority to take necessary measures to safeguard the rights of artists. We are grateful for your constant devotion and love towards BTS.
