The second episode of Black Butler season 4 opens with Ciel Phantomhive narrating off-screen about the traditional practices at the Public School in regards to the Drudges. McMillan is in awe of Ciel’s ability to juggle multiple tasks for Clayton, and Clayton himself acknowledges Ciel’s exceptional talent, despite being of noble birth.

Additionally, during a conversation with Herman Greenhill, the Prefect of the Green Lion house, Edward Midford reveals that Ciel is not only his cousin, but also his sister’s fiancé. He speaks highly of Ciel’s talents and recounts impressive anecdotes about him. As a result, the Prefects are impressed and extend an invitation for Ciel to visit the Swan Gazebo.

As the episode comes to a close, the prefects shower Ciel with praise for his abilities and express their eagerness to have him join their respective houses. Ciel is later notified of their plan to meet him at Swan Gazebo.
