Despite the public release of Black Ops 6’s beta, gamers have heavily criticized the game for being a chaotic and unenjoyable experience on PC.
The highly anticipated beta for Black Ops 6 has been released, giving players the opportunity to experience the next installment of Call of Duty and try out the various gameplay changes that the developers have gradually unveiled in recent months.
Despite only being in the early stages of the beta, PC players have already started criticizing the game due to significant crashing problems and performance issues.
Several PC users have experienced issues with the Black Ops 6 beta, as they have had to repeatedly restart the game due to frequent crashes before being able to start playing.
“According to a Reddit user, CoD on PC is a complete disaster as they had to constantly restart BO6 multiple times.”
The user then commented, “How can anyone think this is acceptable?”using profanity.
Many other players of Black Ops 6 on PC shared their own experiences and were prompt to comment, with a number of them describing their efforts to access the beta as “shocking”and “absolutely ridiculous.”
“According to another Reddit user, they were able to get into the hotel/mansion map after five restarts, but then the game crashed.”
Despite the game still being in beta, experienced Call of Duty players are already expressing great concern about the official release date on PC, set for October 25, 2024.
“According to one player, “I have enough experience with CoD betas to predict that this is exactly how it will be released.”Another player expressed their belief that “PC is increasingly becoming an afterthought for them, and it is evident in their actions.”
As of now, the developers have not yet resolved the issues affecting the PC release of Black Ops 6. We will continue to provide updates if and when they do.
